Spectral Rifts (Orbs)
What do they look like?

What happens?
Orbs: Orbs appear above rifts and begin falling.
Explosion: If the orb touches the ground, it will explode.
Why is it bad?
Damage: They deal massive damage.
Raid Wipe: Letting a rift explode will usually load to a raid wipe.
How to handle:
Stacking: Stack on the circles and fill the progress bar.
Cues:
Visual: You can see them.
