Spirit Woods
Requirements:
Gliding - If most people have gliding you can most likely still get the raid done but its better to have it than not.
Helpful but not required:
Mesmer's, Scourges and thieves can all bring portal skills to aid with moving between Spectral Rifts.
Stability skills - Your healers should have these but extra never hurt.
Mobility Skills - to move quickly between Spectral Rifts.

Spectral Rifts
Spectral rifts will begin to pop up after the first set of enemies have been defeated.
Shut down a total of 20 rifts to end the encounter.
There are 5 locations the rifts can spawn marked in the image.
Spirt Race Phase
The spirit race begins on a balcony jump and glide in the direction shown. - See Image 1
Bool heal and Boon Damage dealers, Will stack and clear the Spectral rifts. - See Image 2
All other players will run through the spectral rifts and continue along the path.
Once you reach the Ethereal barrier, Deal damage until you break through. - See Image 3
Once the group has made it to the gap, Glide over. - See Image 4
All players will then stack on the first special rift after gliding, marked by an arrow. - See Image 5
A Mesmer in the group will place a portal, Take the portal to the final barrier and break through.
Cemetery
In the cemetery there are five buttons hidden around the area.
All five have to be pressed at the same time to open the gate and end the encounter.
